Shipping & Delivery
We like to keep things simple (and fast… just not that fast when it’s made especially for you).
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).
All clothing is made print-to-order, so your pieces are created just for you.
Because our clothing is made just for you, please allow a few extra days for production before your order is shipped.
Good things take a minute… but they’re worth it!
UK Shipping
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 — reliable, trackable, and straight to your door.
- FREE shipping on orders over £75
- £4.50 on orders under £75
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Returns & Refunds
We get it, sometimes it’s just not the one. No stress, we’ve got you 💅
Returns Window
You’ve got 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Starting your return..
Please complete our returns form and include it inside your parcel when sending your return back to us. Returns sent without a completed form may take longer to process.
Items must be returned in their original condition and unworn.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item is faulty or you’ve received the wrong item in which case this will be refunded to you once we have the item back.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If something’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us straight away so we can get it sorted as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Want something else? The quickest way is to:
- Return your item
- Place a new order once your return is approved
Non-returnable items
We don’t accept returns on gift cards.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must still be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for it to process
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, email us at info@prettyfastco.com and we’ll look into it.
